齒輪的精密滲碳熱處理加工控制技術

獲得低噪聲、高壽命齒輪的關鍵在于熱處理質量的控制。齒輪精密熱處理包含了滲碳層顯微組織、心部與表面硬度、有效硬化層深度、殘留應力以及熱畸變等技術指標的質量分散度,其分散度越小,熱處理質量越高。齒輪精密熱處理需要的基本條件包括:①齒輪原材料的均勻性。②熱處理裝備具有良好分布的溫度場和流體場。要實現齒輪的精密滲碳,關鍵在于對爐膛溫度、碳勢實現精確控制(控溫精度≤±1.5℃,有效加熱區溫度差≤±5℃,碳勢≤±0.05%,滲碳層深波動≤±0.1mm)。
